    About Rich Tabaka

Rich Tabaka, founder and president of Allied Resource Partners, embodies the true spirit of entrepreneurship — a drive deeply rooted in his family's journey from Poland to the United States. Inspired by his parents' sacrifices in pursuit of the American Dream, Rich launched his first business while still in high school, flipping undervalued properties with the support of a home equity loan secured by his family. Determined to build a future of his own, Rich worked as a caddy to earn a full-ride Evans Scholarship to the University of Colorado Boulder, where he completed a degree in Construction Management and Environmental Design in just three years. His education laid the groundwork for his early success in the custom home construction business. Demonstrating foresight and adaptability, he pivoted during the 2007 Great Recession, focusing on bank foreclosure property management, and successfully exited the business in 2014 — all before the age of 30. In 2010, seeking tax advantages and new investment opportunities, Rich entered the oil and gas sector, sparking a passion that would shape his next ventures. His entrepreneurial journey continued with the launch of a Paul Davis Restoration franchise, which he grew and sold for $6.5 million in 2023, marking another major milestone before turning 40. Driven by his deep interest in the energy sector's potential and challenges, Rich founded Allied Resource Partners in 2018. Today the company thrives under his leadership, supported by a seasoned management team with extensive expertise in geophysical and geological fields — all committed to maintaining the highest standards for investors. He released a book called How to Invest in Oil, which is a #1 Best seller. In it, he shares personal experiences from when he first started investing in oil and gas—lessons learned, missteps, and practical insights investors can apply today. Residing in Denver with his wife and two sons, he balances his commitment to his investors with enjoying outdoor activities with his family, illustrating his belief in the importance of both professional success and personal happiness.
