As an Accredited Director and banking specialist, he has led organizations through strategic transitions, operational optimization and enterprise risk strengthening, bringing over two decades of executive leadership experience to the table. Andre's work focuses on building resilient, future-ready institutions through effective risk governance, stakeholder alignment and performance transformation. In his senior roles across multiple Caribbean markets, he has driven innovation, financial stewardship and sustainable business growth. Andre holds an MBA from the University of the West Indies, Sagicor Cave Hill School of Business and is a Certified Associate in Project Management with the Project Management Institute.
